A LEED platinum rated park, strategically located in the heart of Bangalore’s IT corridor on Sarjapur Marthahalli ORR, Embassy TechVillage is a 106 acres integrated development, where commercial, retail and hospitality components coexist in harmony. The park is well-connected with the IT hubs of Whitefield and Electronic City as well as all parts of the city.
This commitment to the environment was acknowledged with the park winning the ‘MIPIM Asia Green Building Award’, Best Environmental Friendly Commercial Project by Realty Plus Excellence awards in 2014 and one of the only 3 multi-tenanted parks in India to receive a LEED Platinum certification under IGBC’s Green Campus Rating System in 2018. The business park was also awarded the British Safety Council’s Sword of Honour – the highest award for workplace health and safety.
The complex was designed to optimize green efficiency by utilizing maximum daylight. Food Court, Cafes and Multi-level Car park adorned the project and made it a landmark address for the city.
